<div>2. ENSURE THAT THE TERMS OF YOUR SEVERANCE AGREEMENT WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL.</div>

<div>3. SECURE A NEUTRAL REASON FOR YOUR TERMINATION.</div>

<div>4. OBTAIN A POSITIVE LETTER OF REFERENCE FROM YOUR FORMER EMPLOYER.</div>
